I developed these treats as a way to offer something special for St. Patrick's Day, but let's face it.
These should be enjoyed all year 'round.
With a base cookie full of pistachio nuts and
white chocolate chips, topped off with a candy coating and sprinkles, this is the real Pot of Gold.
The pictures above tract the journey from oven to container. Each order comes with 9 blondies,
measuring 3.5 inches square. Price is $50 per box -

After the reviews came in, I knew I had to put these cookies in The Bake Shoppe. Think pecan sandies with a hint of strawberry, triple dipped using 3 colors of chocolate.

It actually takes about 30 hours to make a loaf of this bread.
First I mix the dough, then it needs to rise in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The next day I take it out of the cold, cover in olive oil, divide into parts, and let warm for another 2-4 hours.
When everything is ready, I start decorating. Then I pop it in the oven for 25 minutes, box it and...
now you have FOCACCIA PIZZA BREAD you can enjoy with ALL FIVE your senses.
